Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee all daily operations at our Blue Mountain Beach, FL location. This is a full-time, on-site role operating M-F 11am to close. GM is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the establishment, maintaining high standards of food and service quality, leading and motivating the team, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. The General Manager will also be actively involved in staff hiring, training, and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our company values. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to mentor, train, and motivate staff to achieve company goalsHospitality and Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiencesOperations Management skills, such as overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and ensuring efficiencyProblem-Solving and Decision-Making skills, with the ability to address challenges and implement effective solutionsStrong Communication and Interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholdersExperience in inventory management and financial planning, including profit and loss analysisUnderstanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulationsAt least 3-5 years of experience in a hospitality roleBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
