This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and team mentorship while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.Lead and mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.Develop scalable, maintainable applications using modern frontend technologies.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams.Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience.Support CI/CD processes and integration with REST/GraphQL APIs.Required Skills:10+ years of overall IT experience.6+ years of frontend development experience, including leadership responsibilities.Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS/Sass, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.JS building single page applications involving MFE capabilitiesExperience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.Top 3 Skills:Frontend Technical LeadershipModern JavaScript/TypeScript Frameworks mandatory React JSTeam Mentorship and Cross-Functional Collaboration
