The Analyst will perform a key role in managing the daily responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable team of the Accounting department.Responsibilities::Accurately and timely respond to customer requests in the AR Inbox, which will include:Requests to pay by Credit CardRequests for invoice copiesRequests for reporting backup for invoicesOutstanding balances on accountChanges of contact information, such as the primary billing contactConfirming banking detailsCompleting vendor formsSending collections emails to past due accountsInvestigating unapplied payments to ensure payments can accurately apply to the correct accountsCommunicate with payers and payer portals for payment researchAd hoc projects and/or responsibilities about AR OperationsSubmit invoices through 3rd party payer portalsRequirements:Minimum AA Degree in Accounting or equivalent1+ years Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment while proactively managing workloadAbility to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum directionAbility to work independently, self-starter, energeticStrong organization, communication, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrate problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skillsStrong Excel and system skills; Oracle Cloud (Fusion) a plusFlexibility to adapt to all situations and work varied hours; possibly work nonstandard hours to meet deadlinesBENEFITS SUMMARY: Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
