Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Specialist located in Madison, IN. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for performing quality control checks, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards throughout the manufacturing process. The role also entails analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and collaborating with the production team to implement quality measures, maintain product consistency, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to maintain and improve product standardsExperience in performing Quality Auditing to ensure compliance with industry requirementsStrong Analytical Skills to assess data and identify trends or issues in quality processesEffective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and document quality-related processesUnderstanding of ISO or other relevant quality management systems is a plusAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in manufacturing or related industries is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or degrees in quality management or related fields are advantageous
