Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3000$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUSOpportunity:PT - Physical TherapistJob Details:• 8-10 hour flexible day shifts• 40 guaranteed hours per week• 13 week contract assignment• Possibility of 1-2 weekends during 13 week contract with no holiday requirements• Must be willing to float to other hospitals in the north region• Can be low censused and put on call with 2 hour call back minimum• Must live outside a 50 mile radius from facility• Caseload of 8-10 patients in ortho outpatient unit and acute inpatient settings• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and Wisconsin PT license• Epic charting experience preferred• General PT/Ortho skills required• Business casual attire required• Must be able to manage independently and complete tasks timely• Bachelor's degree required• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times per facility policyFacility:This healthcare organization provides comprehensive physical therapy services through both ortho outpatient and acute inpatient units.
