This position supports project and field management, and will help to organize the team to work to the highest potential.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with preparing statements of work, submittals, change management and necessary daily and weekly reporting.List items the sub-contractor must submit for approval prior to the start of the work.Assist with the review of plans and specifications and prepare a checklist of contract features which require periodic attention.Tracking compliance documents.Reviews and submits all JSAs and Shift Logs.Other tasks or projects as assigned.RequiredMinimum Qualifications1-3 years of Project Coordinator experience.Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel.Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Possess strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.High-level of motivation to exceed goals.PreferredAbility to read blueprints and drawings.College Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.Physical Demands And Work EnvironmentThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
