About the Position We are seeking anOral Surgeonto join our clinic in Rolla, MO. This role primarily focuses on serving the Medicaid population, offering essential care rather than elective procedures like high-end implants or facial cosmetic surgeries. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat conditions, defects, injuries, and esthetic concerns involving the mouth, teeth, jaws, and face. Perform oral examinations using x-rays, dental instruments, and diagnostic tools. Extract diseased and impacted teeth. Place dental implants as needed to restore missing teeth. Administer anesthesia services during surgical procedures. Educate patients on preventive dental care and promote oral hygiene practices. Requirement : Completion of an accredited oral surgery residency program. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary of $715,000 $725,000, with the potential for additional monthly incentive bonuses.
