Corporate Attorney

As we continue to innovate and grow, we are seeking a part-time Corporate Attorney to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: - Provide legal counsel on a broad range of issues, including corporate law, healthcare regulations, and contract negotiations. - Defend Brisk Health in any potential lawsuits and ensure all legal actions align with company goals. - Ensure company compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare laws and regulations. - Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and policies. - Advise on business structures and legal entities. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure corporate governance and regulatory compliance. - Assist with risk management strategies and mitigation plans. Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. - Active bar membership in the state of Colorado. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on healthcare and HIPAA compliance. - Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and corporate compliance. - Experience defending lawsuits in healthcare or tech industries is a plus. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
