Remote work is an option for the right candidate. The Bankruptcy Paralegal will be responsible for preparing and managing legal documents, supporting attorneys in bankruptcy cases, coordinating with courts, and ensuring compliance with bankruptcy processes. The candidate will work closely with attorneys to manage case files and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Qualifications Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation Experience with Bankruptcy Law and processesFamiliarity with courtroom procedures and communicating effectively with courtsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work with a team in a remote environmentAssociates or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; paralegal certification is a plus
