Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and problem resolution
Promote and sell company products and services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Qualifications:
Able to work Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Enjoy working with people and providing top-notch customer service
Business-minded and self-motivated
Sales experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must have a clean criminal record (no felonies, even if expunged, due to state requirements)
Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
