Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA/EIDBI services to children with autism and related developmental needs. The RBT will work under the supervision of a BCBA or Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to implement individualized treatment plans and support client progress across home, clinic, school, and community settings. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy services Implement treatment and behavior support plans Collect accurate session data and complete documentation Support communication, social, and daily living skill development Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors Maintain professionalism and confidentiality Qualifications Current RBT certification preferred Experience working with children or individuals with ASD preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Must pass DHS background study requirements and clean driving record.
