Program Manager End User ComputingThe EUC Transition Program Manager will lead end-to-end End User Computing (EUC) service transitions, ensuring seamless transfer of people, processes, tools, and knowledge into a new operating model. The role is accountable for transition planning, execution, governance, and stabilization while maintaining service continuity and business confidence.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead EUC transition programs covering Service Desk, Desktop/Laptop Support, Field Services, IMACD, and endpoint environments
Develop and manage transition plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Drive knowledge transfer, documentation validation, and operational readiness
Manage rebadge/rehire transition scenarios to ensure continuity of skills and services
Establish transition governance, reporting, and executive communication
Identify, track, and mitigate transition risks and issues
Coordinate across vendors, security, and operations teams
Lead hyper care and stabilization, ensuring smooth handover to steady-state delivery
Required Experience & SkillsProven experience delivering EUC service transitions in enterprise environments
Strong project/program management expertise with complex, multi-stakeholder transitions
Solid understanding of EUC technologies and support models
Ability to lead under tight timelines with minimal service disruption
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
PreferredExperience in large-scale or outsourced EUC delivery models
Strong experience in EUC transitions
Proven project/program management background
