Yulista Holding LLCRegularPrimary FunctionThe Capture Analyst II is a BD professional supporting growth opportunities for Yulista as we strategically scale and grow our business. Reporting to the Senior Capture Manager in this role, supports business development and capture activities for Yulista Holding subsidiary companies within the ASE group. This role assists with opportunity tracking, market research, proposal coordination, capture documentation, and business development reporting to support strategic growth initiatives.Essential FunctionsSupport capture and business development activities through market research, opportunity tracking, and data analysis.Assist with maintaining pipeline and opportunity information within Salesforce and other business development systems.Coordinate capture-related schedules, meetings, milestones, and deliverables.Support development of capture documentation, gate review materials, and business development presentations.Assist with proposal development activities, including coordination of Management, Past Performance, Technical, and Cost volume inputs.Review solicitation documents and support compliance tracking to ensure proposal requirements are addressed.Conduct research on competitors, contract vehicles, customer trends, and upcoming opportunities.Assist with color team reviews and proposal preparation activities.Support collection and organization of teaming, pricing, and staffing information for proposal efforts.Prepare reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and business development teams.Coordinate with Contracts, Finance, Human Resources, Recruiting, and operational teams to support proposal and capture efforts.Maintain organized records of opportunities, proposals, and supporting documentation.Perform additional related duties as assigned to support ongoing business development operations.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNAKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to learn and utilize business development and CRM software such as Salesforce and Deltek.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and organizational levels.Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to compile and interpret data.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.Professional customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow established processes and procedures.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.2-5 years of experience supporting business development, proposal coordination, recruiting operations, contracts, or related functions preferred.Familiarity with Government contracting environments and proposal processes preferred.Experience using CRM systems, SharePoint, or business development tools preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.Must have the ability to obtain a clearance.PREFERENCE STATEMENTPreference will be given to Calista shareholders and their descendants and to spouses of Calista shareholders, and to shareholders of other corporations created pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, in accordance with Title 43 U.S. Code 1626(g).EEO STATEMENTAdditionally, it is our policy to select, place, train and promote the most qualified individuals based upon relevant factors such as work quality, attitude and experience, so as to provide equal employment opportunity for all employees in compliance with applicable local, state and federal laws and without regard to non-work related factors such as race, color, religion/creed, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, citizenship, genetic information, or other protected status.
