This role involves engaging in the completion of construction tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality on-site. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to grow in the construction industry. Duties Lead the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipmentCarry out manual labor such as digging, lifting, and moving materials to support ongoing projectsInstallation of structures, framing, or other building components under minimal supervisionMaintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and securing tools and materialsAlways follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standardsOperate basic hand tools and power tools as neededSupport team members in completing project milestones efficiently and effectivelyQualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditionsStrong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamworkGood communication skills and willingness to follow instructions accuratelyPrior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is necessary to include rough carpentry, finish carpentry, flooring, painting, and other handyman type skills.Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver's license is preferredWillingness to learn new skills and grow within the construction fieldThis position offers an excellent opportunity to grow into leadership positions.
