Pipe / Utility Foreman (Water / Wastewater)

RTD is currently seeking an experienced Foreman both above and below ground water and sewer construction. Utility Foreman Responsibilities: Supervises and directs a crew to install or repair piping systems by coordinating daily tasks, ensuring safety, and managing resources, budgets, and quality control to meet project plans and standards. Responsibilities include assigning work, inspecting work for quality, providing technical guidance, operating heavy equipment, training crew members, reporting project status, and maintaining safety compliance and professional relationships with clients. Utility Foreman Requirements: Must have a minimum of 5 years of proven relevant experience. Must have experience supervising others. Must have a valid and clean Driver’s License to be able to drive a company truck. Have the ability to read / interpret plans to install pipes according to design specifications. Have the knowledge of how to use levels, lasers and proper compaction practices to ensure proper alignment and grade. Have an understanding of heavy equipment operation, trench safety and utility locating techniques / practices. Have the ability to stand, kneel, walk, lift, bend, stoop, push and pull. Have a willingness to work in varying weather conditions, often extreme heat, and at different job sites as required.
