SummaryGreiner Construction is seeking an experienced estimator with a collaborative approach to preparing accurate estimates with a focus on large projects including but not limited multi-family housing, historic repurposing, additions and large commercial workspaces.ResponsibilitiesDetermine scope and perform quantity takeoffs for construction trades including but not limited to: demolition, earthwork, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, finishes, mechanical and electrical.Assist with pricing labor, material and equipment using historic data, past-experience, trade partner, supplier and rental firm pricing.Prepare cost analysis to include equipment, general conditions, materials and labor under the leadership of senior estimating staff.Trade partner solicitation and confirmation of participation.Work closely with operations and senior level estimators on trade partner analysis and buyout processes on negotiated projects.
