Sr. Project ManagerWe seek a Sr. Project Manager to join a small group within an enterprise-wide PMO! You will manage two parallel projects with no inter-project dependencies, ensuring both initiatives stay on track, on schedule, and aligned with organizational goals. You will leverage established toolkits, templates, and processes to drive execution while actively participating in enterprise PMO routines.This is a 9-month contract.This is a hybrid opportunity: Work in-office (near Ponce City Market) on Tue & Wed.Work from home (or another location) the remainder of the week.Visionaire Partners offers all full-time W2 contractors a comprehensive benefits package for the contractor, their spouses/domestic partners, & dependents. Options include 401k (up to 4% match), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, and Medical/Dependent Care FSAs.RESPONSIBILITIES:Build, maintain, and update integrated project plans for each initiative using existing toolkits and baseline plansCreate & actively manage a separate RAID log for each project, tracking potential risks, validating assumptions, resolving issues promptly, and documenting key decisionsSchedule, coordinate, and facilitate project meetings with diverse stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teamsPrepare & deliver weekly project status updates utilizing the standard enterprise template, highlighting progress, milestones, risks/issues, and any needed escalationsMonitor & manage the project burn tracker (budget/spend tracking) for both projects using the provided template, ensuring accurate forecasting and variance analysisParticipate in enterprise PMO governance routines (reporting cadences, reviews, compliance activities)Proactively identify & mitigate risks, escalate issues, and drive resolution to keep projects on courseCollaborate with cross-functional teams working with systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and pricing/promotion technologiesREQUIRED:Bachelor's Degree5+ years as a PM handling multiple projects simultaneouslyPM experience in a PMO or enterprise settingManagement Consulting or Big 4 Consulting experienceFamiliarity with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or Pricing/Promotions platforms)Strong PM tool & process (e.g., integrated plans, status reporting, burn tracking) skillsExperience maintaining RAID logs to drive project governance & decision-makingStrong organizational & time-management skills; ability to prioritize & manage parallel workstreamsSolid communication & stakeholder management skills, including scheduling & facilitating meetings and delivering clear updatesPREFERRED:Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experiencePMP or similar PM-related certificationsW2 ONLY; NO 3rd Parties or Visa Sponsorship
