Line Cook/Prep Cook

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers. Duties - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping produce - Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items - Follow recipes and presentation specifications - Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food orders are accurate and timely Requirements - Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Experience: Restaurant experience: 3 years (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Gilbert, AZ 85295 (Required) Work Location: In person
