In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.What You Bring to the Table:Essential Qualifications:Perform general building maintenance tasks; receive work orders and performs tasks required to complete duties assignedMonitor and record water temperatures throughout the facility, such as resident use areas, laundry and dietary areasMonitor and maintain HVAC system, electrical systems, and emergency generator systemsOther duties as assignedRequirementsThe Ideal Candidate:High school diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years building maintenance experiencePrior work experience in a healthcare facility (nursing home or hospital) is preferredPrior supervisory experience and/or leadership skillsKnowledge of general building maintenance practices and proceduresAbility to repair minor mechanical equipmentKnowledge of safety requirements and regulations.
