Fund Finance Associate

Rapidly Growing Credit Fund in NYC that is looking for an Finance Associate This role will assist in various aspects of fund finance for special investment structures and will report into the Director of Finance. Firm Overview• $10B AUM Credit Fund• Strong YTD performance, firm in rapid growth mode• 20+ years in business, very stable company• Great quality of life, team oriented environment • Very competitive compensation• Back to office 3 days a week• Fast-paced, young work environment, laid back but professional, lots of opportunity for growth!• Fully-covered benefits, unlimited snacks, 401k match, company outingsResponsibilities• Review performance and NAV estimates for Fund entities• Calculate and review monthly pnl and pricing• Reconcile administrator results to internally prepared projections for both portfolio results, operating expenses and management & performance fees. • Prepare and review financial activity of various special purpose entities• Support front office teams to develop monthly valuations• Liaise with Investor Relations group regarding investor subscriptions and redemptions, performance estimates, investor statements, partner capital schedules, etc. • Assist in producing and evaluating investor relations reports• Provide performance analytics to senior management and the Investor Relations group. • Assist in the preparation & review of several regulatory filings such as Form PF & Form PQR • Participate in special projects • Assist with technology system enhancements, new funds set up, etc.
