Smarte Carte is focused on being environmentally responsible by owning/operating recyclable equipment and reducing our carbon footprint.BASIC FUNCTIONThe Field Service Manager is responsible for the service and maintenance of equipment at Milwaukee and Madison Airports, Southridge Mall, Miller Visitors Center, Springs Waterpark and 50 fitness center locations in the Milwaukee, Madison and Green Bay areas.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and repair of equipmentMaintain clean equipmentMaintain policy and procedure expectations of the facility and Smarte CarteMaintain regular contact with District Service ManagerImprove revenue of location consistent with traffic changes and corporate performance levelsMaintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designedMaintain a positive relationship with the facility managementOther assignments as needed. EDUCATIONTechnical degree preferredSkillsWorking knowledge of equipmentElectrical and mechanical equipment repairExcellent verbal and written communicationMaintain accurate recordsCompile reportsProficient in computer and Smartphone useLICENSES & CERTIFICATIONSValid Drivers license requiredAbility to get an Airport badge requiredPhysical RequirementsLift 40 lbs. to waist heightPush/Pull 75-100 lbs.
