Experienced Front Office Administrator /Schedule Coordinator
At Coulon Dental, we believe that dentistry should be relational, not transactional. Our mission is to create a place where people feel safe, seen, and cared for — a place where deep trust and meaningful experiences come before clinical checkboxes.
We’re a high-end, family-first dental practice committed to radical hospitality, excellent care, and growth — not just for our patients, but for our team. We’re not your typical sterile medical office. We laugh, we celebrate wins, and we build real relationships every single day.
We’re looking for an experienced, relationally-driven Front Office Administrator / Schedule Coordinator to help us carry out this mission with excellence.
Who You Are
You’re not just looking for a job. You’re looking for a place to belong — a team that values people over processes, heart over ego, and purpose over routine. You’re skilled at what you do, but even more than that, you care deeply about how you do it.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly and warmly, and have a proven track record in a dental or medical front office. You’re confident with scheduling systems and phone interactions, and you understand that your role is the heartbeat of the patient experience.

Acting as the first voice and face patients encounter — both on the phone and in person
Navigating patient communication with confidence, professionalism, and care
