In this role, you will assist with inspections, repairs, and installations of lightning protection systems on commercial buildings while learning industry best practices. You will also help prepare reports and maintain accurate project records. The ideal candidate is interested in construction or workplace safety, comfortable working at heights, eager to learn hands‑on skills, and able to balance physical fieldwork with basic administrative tasks.ResponsibilitiesAssist with inspections, repairs, and installations of lightning protection systems on commercial buildings, including flat roofs, office towers, and skyscrapers, under the supervision of experienced technicians.Safely climb ladders, access building roofs, and work at heights while following all safety guidelines.Use hand tools (wrenches, drills, etc.) to support repairs and installations.Communicate professionally with project managers and team members; limited client interaction with guidance, as needed.Work as part of a small field team to complete assigned tasks on schedule.Travel regionally (primarily GA, TN, FL) and occasionally nationwide for projects.Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.Other duties as assigned.
