Job Title: Instructor/AssessorLocation: Everett, WA 98204Duration: 4+ MonthsThe hiring manager is seeking candidates with prior training or instructional experience. Curriculum client specific training will be provided for this role. Requirements: Experience instructing technical courses.Strong presentation and classroom management skills.Strong technical skills background.Experience working with production standards and certification programs.Ability to adapt training style for different skill levels.Dress code is business casualPhysical requirements, (i.e. Lifting, walking between 5 buildings, moving equipment)Standing up to teach all-daySchedule requirements and overtime expectations: 40-43hrs/week.Shift/Location 1st: 5:30-2:30 2nd 2:30-11:30 possible shift +/- an hour on ether shiftSchedule requirements and overtime expectations: 40-43hrs/week.Everett only with Travel up to 25% (Averages out to about 1 week per month to a new site, mileage will be reimbursed)Mileage reimbursement for qualifying commutes (for miles driven beyond their home to their closest work location, they will submit expense)Travel: Most events will be in Renton WA or Everett WA, the rest will be splitbetween Seattle, Auburn, and Frederickson. Subject to change.Class Description:1. Electrical Instructor- Electrical Aircraft installations and assemble work- Electrical Functional Test troubleshooting- Electrical crimping- Electrical soldering- Basic mechanical skills2. Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instructor- Electrical installations, Bonding & Grounding- Aircraft assembly, Heavy Structure Drilling, and/or Maintenance- Blueprints, productions standards, and/or Functional Test- Aircraft systems operations, familiarization, and troubleshooting3. Aerospace Seal Instructor- Experience in the application of Aircraft Sealant application- Clean and apply a sealant to aircraft components4. Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Instructor- Experience in Confined Space, Lock Out Tag Tryout (LOTTO), DOT, and Fall Protection
