Skill Requirements include:Skill sets may include:Electrical, Bond & Ground and/or Seal application/ Aircraft assembly,Heavy and/or light Structure Drilling/ Fastener and/or rivet installation,Production standards/ Power and hand tool usageKey Responsibilities:Understand and administer complex evaluation systems (hands-on and theoretical).Multi-task with numerous clients simultaneously.Maintain a clean and tidy work-space in a complex industrial environment.Communicating updates, issues and/or questions to your manager in a timely manner.Stay up to date on Aerospace and compliance requirements and maintain the highest level of customer service.Enter grades and attendance with 100% accuracy.Qualifications:1-3 years Training, leadership or management experience preferred:Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and record keeping skillsMS Office experience and comfortable learning new softwarePosition must be flexible to perform duties on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts in a geographic area ranging from Everett to Puyallup.
