This role is responsible for in-home residential window and door sales, including product demonstrations, project evaluation and measuring, estimating, closing sales, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.Responsibilities: - Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations - Measure and evaluate customer projects - Prepare accurate quotes and sales paperwork - Generate self-sourced leads and referrals - Follow projects through completion and maintain customer satisfaction - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project executionQualifications: - 2+ years of sales, customer service, or in-home selling experience preferred - Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and sales software - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required - Construction or windows/doors experience is a plusMountain West Windows and Doors is an equal opportunity employer.
