Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, utilizing strong phone etiquette to address customer concerns and questions.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues and resolving customer inquiries.
- Utilize computerized systems to record customer information and update customer records as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Handle cash transactions and manage cash drawers accurately.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify and address customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the our team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Provide multilingual support to customers as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courteousness in all interactions with customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed customer service.
- Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations to improve customer service and overall customer experience.
