Role Description This is a part-time with full-time opportunity Tutor position based on-site in Woodinville, WA. The Tutor will provide personalized, one-on-one instruction to K-12 students in a variety of subjects, tailored to individual learning needs. Responsibilities include assisting students with specific coursework or test preparation, and fostering a positive and supportive educational experience. The role involves close collaboration with students, parents, and team members to achieve academic goals. Qualifications Expertise in one or more subject areas, with a strong ability to teach effectively.Lesson planning, instructional delivery, and curriculum development skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.Ability to adapt teaching approaches to different learning styles and needs.Organizational and time management skills for maintaining schedules and tracking progress.Prior experience working with students with diverse learning needs is a plus.Experience with or knowledge of IEPs preffered. Expereince with behavior plans or learning disabilities is a plus.
