Position Overview: Bison USA is hiring a Driver Recruiting Processor/Admin. You’ll assist in recruiting qualified Drivers, support recruiters, and ensure employment verifications and pre-screening processes are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist recruiters in hiring qualified drivers.
Promote driver programs and handle hotline inquiries.
Run background checks and complete employment verifications.
Ensure all new hires meet safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, or 6 months of relevant experience.
Strong computer and customer service skills.
Transportation industry knowledge preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
