Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**Provide behavioral health counseling services.+ Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.+ Administer individual and group therapy.+ Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations.+ Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.+ Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.+ Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ One or more of the following required:+ Licensed Associate Counselor specializing in Mental Health credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.+ Licensed Associate Counselor specializing in Clinical Addiction credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.+ Licensed Social Worker credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.+ Licensed Associate Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained within 48 Months (4 years) of hire date or job transfer date.+ BLS Provider preferred.
