Senior Clinical Contracts Analyst

Job TitleJob Overview: Pay Range: $41.80hr - $44.80hrResponsibilitiesPrepare initial contract files and draft, review redlines, and negotiate basic contracts based on financial, regulatory, and clinical requirements.Develop contract management processes, planning strategies, and manage the CLM system.Collect required documentation for indirect sourcing non-HCP contract submissions through GTA.Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to gather and validate contract-related data.Interface with third-party stakeholders to obtain required information and clarify contract details.Submit final contract drafts and supporting documentation through Legal RFA systems for approval and execution.Secure appropriate signatures within defined signing authority limits.Generate and maintain contract lifecycle reports including expiration, cycle status, and contract terms.Maintain accurate contract records and ensure compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.Required Skills And ExperienceBachelors degree or equivalent in a related field.24 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or related functions.Strong ability to read and interpret contractual and legal language.Experience managing high-volume, detail-oriented contract workflows.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, and Finance.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Preferred Skills And ExperienceExperience in healthcare or clinical contract environments, especially working with HCPs (physicians, hospitals, clinical settings).Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, Sunshine Act).Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as CFR and GCP.Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.Work EnvironmentCollaborative team-based environment with emphasis on communication and cultural fit.
