Dental Assistant - St. Petersburg, FL | Fee-for-Service Cosmetic PracticeOur well-established, private fee-for-service dental practice in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant / Front Office team member to join our close-knit team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-end, patient-focused environment where quality care and long-term relationships are the priority.Our practice has served the community for over 35 years, with many patients returning for 15+ years. We pride ourselves on a calm, organized environment, low patient volume, and a strong, supportive team culture with minimal turnover.ScheduleFull-timeMonday – Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Thursday: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM (no lunch)One half day per month on Friday (administrative)Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist the doctor chairside during general and cosmetic proceduresPrepare and break down treatment roomsTake dental radiographs using DexisMaintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environmentSupport front office operations including scheduling, patient communication, and coordinationHelp ensure a smooth and efficient patient experienceRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of dental assisting experienceDental Assistant certification requiredExperience in a general or cosmetic dental practice preferredStrong chairside skills and attention to detailWillingness to support both clinical and front office dutiesExperience with PracticeWorks (preferred)Professional, team-oriented, and patient-focused mindsetPay & Compensation$21-$30 per hour (based on experience)401(k)Dental benefitsPaid time offUniform allowanceThis is a rare opportunity to join a high-end, single-doctor practice that values long-term team members, advanced technology, and a positive, low-stress work environment.
