Preferred candidates will belocatednear Hanscom AFB (Boston, MA)or work in Huntsville, AL.Primary ResponsibilitiesCould Include:This individual willbe responsible fordeveloping in a scalable cloud-native solutions, and ensuring best practices across architecture, development, deployment, and security. This is a hands-on technical role that requires rolling up your sleeves to architect, code, debug, and mentor.Design, implement, andsupportCI/CD pipelines for secure, automated software delivery.Assistwith the implementation ofDevSecOpspipelinesacross AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.Develop andmaintainInfrastructure as Code (IaC)using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.Deploy, configure, and support applications in cloud environments.Support availability, scalability, and performance of cloud-based systems.Helpmaintainvirtualized and hybrid cloud environments to meet performance and security requirements.Implement and support automated security tools for vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST, and container security.In-depth experience with JavaIn-depth experience integrating with and delivering within DevOps toolsets/practicesDirect experienceutilizingsoftware testing performance tools, such as Junit and scripting languages, such as Python, and Bash while working in an Agile development environmentCollaborate with developers, QA, security, and operations teams to support secure software delivery.Follow establishedDevSecOpsstandards, processes, and best practices.Minimum QualificationsBachelorsandeight(8)years or more of experience;Mastersandsix (6)years or more of experience.Additionalexperience may be accepted in lieu of degree.Secret clearancerequiredto startUS citizenshiprequiredCertifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2)Working knowledge ofDevSecOpsprinciples and Agile methodologies(Scrum and/or Kanban).Experience supporting or administeringcloud-based platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).Experience withCI/CD toolssuch as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.Familiarity withcontainerization technologies(Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).Proficiencyin at least onescripting or programming language(e.g., Python, Bash, Java, Go).Understanding ofLinux/Unix systems, networking fundamentals, and version control tools (Git).Strong collaboration and customer service skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience supportingDoD or USAF cloud environments(e.g., Cloud One, Platform One).Familiarity withZero Trust concepts.Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle).Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or ELK.Exposure to security scanning, compliance frameworks, orDevSecOpsautomation.Example certificationsinclude:Industry Professional certification Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate (KCNA), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified AWSSysAdmin, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, AWS Certified Security, Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions ArchitectC1NACSS (5)If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
