Project Manager (Scheduling)

Job Title: Project Manager (Scheduling) Location: Denver, Colorado Type: 12 month Contract Compensation: $70.00 - 71.50 Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote Hours: Monday through Friday; core business hours approximately 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; flexible start and end times; no overtime required Responsibilities Provide construction scheduling oversight and management using Primavera P6 Manage and integrate vendor project schedules into a master schedule Track schedule adherence and hold vendors accountable to committed delivery dates Monitor resource availability across vendor crews Communicate scheduling impacts to internal partners Provide oversight of schedule quality and compliance Support design-build partnerships to help ensure projects remain on schedule and capital forecasts remain accurate Receive schedules submitted by vendors and hold vendors accountable to submitted schedules Report noncompliance or poor schedule quality Maintain scheduling dashboards Identify vendor performance issues and work directly with underperforming vendors Requirements Extensive Primavera P6 experience Construction scheduling experience (non-negotiable) SAP experience Excel reporting capabilities Business Objects reporting experience Experience integrating and managing large project schedules Ability to hold vendors accountable to schedule commitments Strong communication with vendors and internal partners Ability to identify and address performance issues Willingness to push vendors regarding schedule compliance and accuracy Minimum of five years of experience Utility industry experience is preferred No specific certifications or educational requirements System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
