Project Manager

AEB Strategic Talent, a National Recruiting firm specializing in the AEC Community, is representing a fine custom home builder based in the Park Cities Dallas area, called Tatum Brown. We are searching for Project Managers. The work ranges from $7M to $35M, averaging around 15,000 SF, and demands the same sophistication you’d find in complex commercial construction - but with a level of ownership, visibility, and client interaction that commercial may not offer.This is not for candidates who have only worked in homebuilding.Ideal candidates have:• Field credibility and the respect of trades• Exceptional communication skills with architects and sophisticated clients• Leadership that is calm, structured, and disciplined• A problem‑solver’s mindset in high‑detail environments• The ability to operate confidently with a very discerning clienteleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
