You are a humbly confident teammate with an eagerness to learn and help your team grow.Responsibilities:Providing introductory information to perspective and existing service clientsScheduling and confirming service appointmentsFollowing up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retentionHandling inbound and outbound calls, emails and service inquiriesDetermining the most effective way to address clients' needs and concernsCommunicating with service advisors and internal teams to support workflowTracking appointments and clients' interactions in CRM systemEscalating concerns when necessary to ensure timely resolutionsQualifications:Multitasking and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, written and verbalPatience, compassion and empathyProfessional, well-groomed personal appearanceClean driving record and valid driver's licenseWilling to submit and pass a pre-employment drug screenJoin a dealership group where luxury, performance, and opportunity come together.
