Our platform focuses on value-add strategies and ground-up development nationwide, partnering with best-in-class operators and investors to create long-term value.The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant.. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys being deeply involved across both professional and personal priorities.This is not a behind-the-desk role—this individual will act as a true right hand to the CEO, anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex and dynamic calendar scheduling across multiple time zonesOversee and respond to CEO communications, including email management and prioritizationSupport recruiting efforts in partnership with HR (job postings, resume review, candidate pre-screening)Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics with IT and internal teamsArrange detailed domestic and international travel, including comprehensive itinerariesTrack and manage work orders across personal and company properties to ensure timely completionPlan and coordinate social events, both in Los Angeles and during business travelPrepare and manage expense reportsHandle reservations, purchasing, and gifting (including investor relations touchpoints such as birthday gifts)Coordinate staff events, engagement initiatives, and office culture effortsLiaise with vendors, house manager, and service providers for household and property needsMaintain office operations, including supply management and team recognition (birthdays, anniversaries)Provide after-hours support as needed, particularly during travel or critical meetingsServe as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing support across a wide range of business and personal initiativesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting senior leadershipExperience supporting high-net-worth individuals or working in a concierge-style environment is a plusExposure to international travel coordination (Europe preferred) is a plusWhat Will Set You ApartHighly motivated with a proactive, “no task too small” mindsetExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to adapt quickly and manage last-minute changes with composureProfessional, polished, and service-oriented demeanorStrong discretion and ability to handle highly confidential informationResourceful problem solver with a high level of ownershipCompensation & BenefitsGenerous paid time off, including vacation, sick days, holidays, and an additional week off at year-end100% employer-covered Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k), Group Life, and AD&D benefits
