Description: Wound Care Nurse (LPN/RN)Job SummaryAscend Medical is hiring experienced Wound Care Nurses (LPN or RN) to support our growing wound care program across Northeast Georgia. This is a traveling, home to home role supporting multiple regions. Requirements: Qualifications & RequirementsActive Georgia LPN or RN license (required)Minimum of 2 years of wound care experience (required)Home health or clinic-based wound care experience strongly preferredExperience with Tabora EMR preferredStrong knowledge of wound healing, infection prevention, and DME related to wound careReliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinicsStrong communication, documentation, and patient education skillsCompassionate, flexible, and committed to high-quality careExperience with pediatric patients, tube feeding, or med-surg nursing is a plusPIb360193e0-
