Position requires stringent adherence to safety protocols.Establishes processes using best practicesComplete scientific molding studies. (Establishing 1st Stage or Injection Transfer Positions, Pack/Hold Pressure Window, Gate Freeze Study, etc.)Participates in tooling, resin, and colorant samplingUnderstands and Optimizes equipment settings for safety, quality and productivity.Setting criteria and tolerances for process monitoringTroubleshoot molds & equipment, clear alarms, process for defectsCommunicates and Creates Maintenance Work Orders on equipment and molds.Completes all required documentation based on procedures and work instructions.Encourage and support training of employees for development, cross training, and continuous improvementWorks closely with BU Engineer, Maintenance and ToolingMonitor and take necessary steps to reduce unplanned downtime, scrap and cycle times through effective trouble shooting methods (8D, Design of Experiment, etc.)Coordinate with Lead and Set Up on change overs and breaks to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.Monitor all SPC on equipment and machineryWe Value Our Employees By ProvidingCompetitive compensation based on skillsIndustry leading health, dental, and vision plansGenerous 401 (K) savings and profit sharingEducation assistance and internal training programsElectric vehicle chargingMaternity & paternity leaveInterested in learning more on our robust benefits package we offer?
