This job description represents different full-time roles across our suite of products and platform.Product Management, Leader Responsibilities:Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative productsDrive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designersAttract, build, manage, and develop a talented team of product managers and product leaders with a broad range of experiences, perspectives, approaches, and backgroundsEstablish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product executionIntegrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfactionDefine and analyze metrics that inform the success of productsUnderstand Meta's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industryMaximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and innovative solutions are the normMinimum Qualifications:8+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design8+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teamsCritical thinking/analytical leadership experienceExperience presenting to executive audiences6+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and leadersBA/BS in Computer Science or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a consumer focused technology companyExperience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplacesAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
