Core responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth, overseeing sales operations processes, analyzing performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with leadership to align sales and operational strategies with company goals. The Director will also be responsible for building a team to ensure effective execution and driving efficiency improvements across the organization.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insightsHands-on door-to-door sales experienceExperience with operations management, optimizing workflows, and driving efficiencyExpertise in finance and financial planning to support strategic decision-makingBackground in consulting or management consulting, with a focus on business development and strategyProven leadership and team management capabilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaborationBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus)Experience in the roofing, construction, or restoration industry preferredDemonstrated ownership of a CRM at scale (Acculynx, Salesforce, HubSpot, JobNimbus, etc.) — workflow design, reporting, adoption, integrationTrack record of building rep scorecards, commission plans, and forecasts that field leaders actually useExcellent written and verbal communication — you can present to a board on Tuesday and run a rep ride-along on Wednesday without changing modes awkwardlyBias for clarity over complexity
