The work includes leading by example at all levels of execution, managing banquets from beginning to end of an upscale, select-service hotel brand, hiring, training, and managing the banquet team, and working with the F&B Director to prepare and maintain the banquet and catering budget. Additional responsibilities are required.What you've already done (requirements): Minimum of 5+ years of hotel banquet management experience with a high-end/luxury hotel, critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills, understanding and interpreting hotel financial reports, generating and analyzing budgets and labor reports, passion for hospitality demonstrated by a progressive hotel career, working knowledge and passion for wine, spirits and cocktail trends, previous experience working with both brand and independent/boutique hotel banquets preferred, strong "can do" attitude, luxury/high-end hotel experience required, degree in hospitality/F&B preferred, track record of successful leadership, ability to teach and mentor the team, developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills, team player and analytical with the ability to multitask, excellence in business ethics and integrity.Submit your resume if you meet the qualifications and are excited about joining an already successful and growing team.
