In your role as Safety Administrator, you will be the backbone of a safety program that is already built on a strong foundation — your job is to sharpen it. You will own the systems, documentation, and processes that keep our people protected and our jobsites compliant, while building the kind of working relationships that make safety feel less like a rulebook and more like a shared standard of excellence. The ideal candidate brings exceptional organizational skill, clear communication, and a genuine desire to make something good even better.You will need to be:Someone who finds genuine satisfaction in getting the details right — organized, thorough, and consistent in everything you touch.Comfortable building relationships across a diverse team of professionals and tradespeople, because the best safety programs are built on trust, not just policy.The kind of person who looks at an existing system and immediately starts thinking about how to make it run better — not because you were asked to, but because that's just who you are.What you will do:Own and maintain all safety documentation, records, OSHA logs, incident reports, and compliance tracking with precision and consistency.Serve as the administrative engine behind our safety program — coordinating training schedules, tracking certifications, managing permits, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Support site teams with safety processes and procedures, serving as a reliable and approachable resource for compliance questions and documentation needs.Review and refine existing safety policies and SOPs, identifying opportunities to improve clarity, consistency, and execution across the organization.Investigate, document, and follow up on incidents and near misses, ensuring every event is properly recorded and addressed.Monitor regulatory updates and ensure Tatco's safety program remains current and fully compliant with all applicable standards.Communicate safety information clearly and consistently across all levels of the organization, from the field to the front office.Bonus Points if you:Have experience stepping into an established program and leaving it measurably better than you found it.Are the person on your current team who everyone goes to when they need something done right the first time.
