Job Description Elohim Rehab-Care Associates is currently seeking a highly-qualified licensed clinical social worker to provide psychosocial & psychological counseling to children and adolescents in various counties in New Jersey. This position is a field-based service.The professional candidate will:Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessment.Provide support counseling and psycho-education to children, adolescents, and familiesAssess and conduct clinical consultative to at risk children, adolescents, and families during intensive In-community therapy treatments.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and provide appropriate mental health rehabilitative services.Must adhere to HIPAA compliance laws.Responsibilities:Must have a master's degree in Social Work.Hold a NJ Licensed Social WorkerMust have a minimum of 2 years experience in the mental health rehabilitative services.
