Summary We are seeking a Culinary Aide to join our team at Forest Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will assist in meal preparation and food service within our assisted living communities, ensuring that our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals tailored to their needs. This position has a starting pay rate of $12.00 an hour The typical schedule for this opportunity is every Saturday and Sunday Two 8-hour shifts a week. Which qaulifies for our Weekend Warrior program! Working this program you will work 16 hours each week but get paid for 20! Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Support cooks and dietary aides in food preparation tasks as needed. Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times. Help with bussing tables and cleaning up after meals to maintain a pleasant dining experience. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Previous experience in the culinary field or food service preferred. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
