Serve as a backup for the front desk, which includes handling faxing, scanning, and other clerical duties as needed. Accurately enter billable time for attorneys into our timekeeping system. Save and name documents appropriately in Worldox, ensuring all files are organized and easily accessible. Transcribe dictation accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transcriptions are completed in a timely mannerInterested in hearing more?
