We specialize in complex waste streams including industrial debris, absorbents, wastewater-related materials, and recycling programs.Job Opportunity:CRI is seeking an experienced environmental waste sales professional with an established network across Illinois. This role is ideal for someone currently selling hazardous waste, industrial recycling, wastewater services, or environmental services who wants to grow a territory with strong operational support. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship development to closing contracts and expanding long-term accounts.Key Responsibilities:Develop new business within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, and energy sectorsLeverage existing industry relationships to generate qualified opportunitiesManage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiations, and closingExpand and retain existing customer accountsWork closely with CRI operations to deliver tailored waste management solutionsConduct regular in-person customer meetings to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunitiesMaintain accurate pipeline and sales activity tracking in SalesforceRepresent CRI at industry events, trade shows, and networking functionsQualifications:5–8+ years environmental or waste industry sales experienceBackground selling services such as hazardous waste, industrial waste management, environmental services, recycling programs, wastewater, or environmental complianceEstablished relationships with manufacturing and industrial customersDemonstrated ability to close six- and seven-figure service agreementsStrong understanding of environmental regulations and complianceExperience using Salesforce or similar CRMAbility to travel throughout the territory (~50%)Why Top Sales Professionals Join CRI:Uncapped commission structureSix-figure income potentialOpportunity to build, grow, and maintain a book of businessStrong operational and compliance supportGrowing company in a high-demand environmental services market
