You understand the bottom line, but you also understand people — and you know that great projects are built on both.This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our communities while growing your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.What You’ll Do • Manage multiple transportation design projects from concept through completion • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and partners • Communicate clearly and consistently across departments and with external stakeholders • Delegate tasks effectively and support team members with guidance and mentorship • Provide technical leadership and quality control throughout the design process • Lead project reviews and ensure compliance with standards, specifications, and expectations • Participate in the development of RFPs, RFQs, and project proposals • Resolve project-related challenges with professionalism and sound judgment • Apply practical engineering knowledge to produce safe, efficient, cost-effective designs • Continue learning key elements of civil engineering design relevant to our projectsWhat We’re Looking ForRequired • 8+ years of project experience in the civil engineering industry • Strong background in design project engineering • Proficiency with CAD/BIM software • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Active Professional Engineer (PE) License
