Adecco is recruiting for a Production Operator – 3rd Shift for a client in Auburn, NY. This position is temp-to-hire, paying $21-23/hour plus shift differentialThis position will train on 1st shift before moving to 3rd shift full time. Shifts are Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.This is not a typical production role. This is an opportunity for someone who likes being involved in the process, figuring things out, and taking ownership on the floor. You'll start as an operator, but will be working closely with leadership and learning the full process with the goal of growing into more responsibility over time.This role is in a manufacturing environment focused on consistent production and quality.
