Responsibilities include the daily delivery of services with the Resident Care Director and programs including resident and family satisfaction. The Traditional Care Director is responsible for hiring, supervising, educating, developing, supporting, and coaching all Resident Care Associates; customer and family relations; quality assurance; regulatory compliance and financial management.
